You will engage in various tasks, gain insights into the sales process, and learn about essential property operations.
What You'll Do: - Leasing Process:
- Observe the complete sales process from start to finish.
- Conduct property tours and learn how to overcome objections.
- Build relationships with prospects and create excitement about our properties.
- Assist in the application process and scheduling appointments.
- Help validate rental eligibility using our background verification process.
- Support marketing efforts and follow up with leasing team on inspections and lease signings.
- Resident Relations:
- Assist residents during their move-in process.
- Review and ensure accuracy of resident information.
- Reports and Files:
- Assist in creating monthly reports on renewals, rents, and resident retention.
- Help with follow-up on delinquencies.
- Observe property operations, including maintenance of resident information systems.
- Property Financials:
- Support the Manager with payment collection and processing of purchase orders.
- Learn to maintain financial records for the apartment community, including transaction verification.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
What We Expect from You: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
