About The Role: The Property Management Director is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of the market, including the short- and long-term growth and profitability. You will be responsible for driving business development strategy for Property Management in the market, leading your team with a business development mentality, both internally and externally, to communicate competitive differentiators of CBRE and Property Management, while also managing project execution and driving integration among all lines of business to enhance performance. You will have autonomy to lead and build a cohesive, diverse team dedicated to ongoing improvement of service delivery platform and client relationship, guiding them in client relations, service orientation and consultative opportunities as well as the effective, efficient, and ethical operation of their respective teams or accounts. Understand Business & Display Commercial Competence + Repeatedly demonstrate strong business development skill and materially impacts new business awarded to CBRE across the market. + Develop a reputation as an opinion leader and trusted advisor. + Regularly and proactively meet and communicate with current and prospective Property Management clients. Create unique client solutions and attachment by using all aspects of the CBRE platform. Regularly and successfully communicate with Investor Leasing to identify and pursue new opportunities + Generate powerful proposals and makes convincing presentations to achieve new business. + Employ diagnostic approach to resolve and deliver differentiated solutions + Evaluate industry and business trends and analyze financial performance indicators for potential impact on operations and responds with necessary business changes as indicated. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Real estate license required, and CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. + Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive approach.
