Your role as a Property Maintenance Manager As the Part-Time Property Maintenance Manager at Girl Scouts of Eastern IA and Western IL, you will oversee all aspects of camp property management. This includes year-round grounds maintenance, ensuring pristine conditions that enhance the outdoor experience for our community. You will be responsible for site maintenance, maintaining the integrity of perimeter boundaries, and conducting regular inspections to uphold safety standards. Additionally, managing the inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies will be crucial to ensuring that all mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are functioning seamlessly. Your role will require a strong problem-solver with a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach, allowing you to make a lasting impact on the camp's environment and operations.
What matters most To thrive as a Part-Time Property Maintenance Manager at Girl Scouts, you must possess a diverse skill set that encompasses both technical and physical expertise.
