Touro Property Management is a growing property management company specializing in the acquisition and management of apartment properties in the Dallas metro area.
We are looking for a Housekeeper to manage the cleanliness and upkeep of the property and ensure units are ready for use.
The role is pivotal in creating a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for visitors and residents. With expertise in housekeeping, and meticulous attention to detail, the housekeeper contributes significantly to the overall satisfaction and curb appeal of our community.
Responsibilities
Inspect vacated apartments and perform cleaning duties to restore apartments to "make-ready" status. Ensure a high quality of work has been performed.
Ensures vacant units meet the established quality standards for re-leasing by ensuring the unit is ready for living according to property standards.
Report unusual wear and tear, technical or mechanical issues found in the unit.
Perform housekeeping duties to common areas such as the laundry room, hallways, offices and model apartments used for show.
Assists in upkeep of external building as needed.
Demonstrates an eye for detail and pride in tasks completed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Able to follow directions to safely perform duties, this includes knowledge of cleaning agents and their uses.
Organized and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Able to operate cleaning equipment and tools efficiently and safely
Occasionally use a keyboard.
Able to read instructions or safety warnings on products and equipment
Physical Requirements
Approximately 85% standing or walking
Frequently bend, stoop, squat, gripping and reaching upward
Ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and or step stools.
Lift up to 25 pounds, able to open and close doors and cabinets.
