Job Title: Property Assistant
Location: Onsite in Vancouver, WA

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary: LHH Recruitment is looking for a motivated and organized Property Assistant to join our client's corporate office in Vancouver, WA. This contract-to-hire position will support property managers who work onsite at various properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Although it is a big plus, previous experience in property management is not required. This is a great position to get your foot in the door and learn the industry.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to property managers, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of property-related reports and communications.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities and transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and tenants to ensure timely completion of property maintenance and repairs.
- Handle tenant inquiries and issues, escalating to property managers as needed.
- Support the property managers in lease administration, including lease renewals and amendments.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports for properties.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
