Property Administrator

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Property Manager in Sacramento, California. This role is crucial in our organization as it involves handling various aspects of property management, financial services, and customer relationship management. Knowledge of Appfolio is highly recommended and travel between different locations will be required. Responsibilities: - Efficiently processing and maintaining accurate records for all customer credit applications. - Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary. - Utilization of ADP for financial services related tasks. - Employing CRM and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for efficient management of customer relationships and property administration tasks. - Handling accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). - Overseeing billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Involvement in budget processes, contributing to the financial stability and growth of the organization. - Regular use of Accounting Software Systems to streamline financial operations. - Adherence to management system protocols for property administration tasks. - Regular interaction with customers to resolve inquiries and provide quality service Requirements - Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. - Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required. - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. - Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is desirable. - Ability to use Management System effectively. - Understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary. - Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management. - Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR). - Proficiency in performing Billing Functions. - Experience in managing Budget Processes.
