The Property Administratoris responsible for overseeing the daily operations of The Seaport, ensuring smooth management of maintenance, financials, tenant relations, and compliance. This role plays a key part in lease administration, property upkeep, and fostering positive tenant experiences.

What You Will Do
  • Lease Management:
  • Review, manage, and maintain tenant lease agreements.
  • Oversee tenancy renewals and end-of-lease processes.
  • Enforce lease terms and conditions while ensuring compliance.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor property income and expenses, including rent collection, utility payments, and maintenance costs.
  • Oversee billing, invoice processing, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in financial reporting and budget tracking.
  • Tenant Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant concerns and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between tenants and property management.
  • Conduct tenant inspections and enforce property rules and regulations.
  • Administrative & Compliance Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports for property owners and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including legal, to draft and amend lease/license agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and relevant regulations.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years working in real estate with property management; Must have knowledge and experience with financial accounting in commercial real estate, financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Flexible schedule to be available as business requires including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Hands-on experience with tenant projects preferred; ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects, ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.
  • Strong literacy in MS Word and Excel
  • Highly organized and efficient in time management
  • Strong customer service/tenant relation skills required

Compensation range: 65,000 - 80,000
