Our client, a leader in corporate real estate, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Property Administrator to join their team in Dayton, OH. This temporary position is expected to last a few months and is perfect for someone looking to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the corporate real estate team.
- Enter, code and process payments for vendor invoices
- Assist with property management tasks, including lease administration and tenant communications.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within property management or real estate.
- At least 1 year of accounts payable experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
