Job Responsibilities:
- As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the daily operations of property management
- Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution
- Managing tenant communications and addressing inquiries
- Preparing and maintaining property records and reports
- Processing lease agreements and renewals
- Handling accounts payable and receivable related to property management
- Supporting property management team with administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with property management policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
