About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on
Account & Project Manager to join our growing core team. This is not your typical project manager role - we're looking for someone with a strong understanding of software and client delivery, who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment, and who can confidently own the client relationship from kickoff through delivery. You'll act as the front-facing partner to one of our largest clients, providing clear communication, consistent follow-up, and light-touch project coordination - backed by our strong internal technical team.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, especially our enterprise clients.
- Lead weekly client calls, build trust through strong communication, and provide clear updates on deliverables, blockers, and next steps.
- Coordinate internally with our technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution - no hands-on coding required, but technical fluency is a must.
- Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams (technical lead, delivery, and business development).
- Proactively identify risks or delays and work with internal stakeholders to course-correct.
- Represent the business with professionalism and presence in client meetings.
- Own and improve client satisfaction metrics through structured communication and follow-up.
What We're Looking For: - 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably managing enterprise or tech accounts.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles - you won't be building the software, but you need to "speak the language" with clients and internal devs alike.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills; you stay on top of things without needing to be reminded.
- Friendly and professional demeanor - someone who builds instant rapport and is comfortable in the room with leadership.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites.
- Experience working across distributed teams in North and South America is a bonus.
- Agile experience and get-it-done mindset is.
Nice to Have: - Previous experience working in a consultancy, product firm, or tech services company.
- Background in account growth, renewal discussions, or business development collaboration.
