Description We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Support Administrative Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, where you will work onsite 3-4 times a week out of our Denver or Framingham office.
In this role, you will provide essential support to the Project Managers within the Commercial Energy Division at Leidos. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong administrative background, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate on the development of Independent Engineer Reports.
- Establish and organize project folders per Leidos' guidelines.
- Compile and prepare reports while adhering to Leidos' policy standards.
- Incorporate feedback from several subject matter experts into documents.
- Format reports using designated templates and perform detailed proofreading according to our Checklist.
- Manage document revisions and issue new versions as they evolve.
- Review and prepare monthly construction reports.
- Create and distribute various Independent Engineer certificates to financial institutions.
- Coordinate data management tasks and download relevant data.
- Set up data management sites using Box.
- Prepare expense reports utilizing Concur.
- Ensure electronic filing of work products follows established guidelines.
- Assist in drafting contracts and task authorizations.
- Take on additional general administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or Project Managers.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications: - Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work in a busy environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word is essential.
- Solid background in proofreading, grammar, and document formatting.
- High School Diploma or GED required; a relevant Associate's or Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting, while maintaining a calm and proactive attitude.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing standards and expectations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to navigate complex documentation.
- Ability to work independently and foresee project support needs.
- Interest in engineering or energy sectors is a plus.

Pay Range: Pay Range $39,000.00 - $70,500.00
