Key Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - DSA Construction


  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout
  • Ensure full compliance with DSA requirements, inspections, and documentation
  • Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule, safety, and quality
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Owner, Architect, and DSA Inspectors
  • Monitor job progress, manage site logistics, and maintain detailed daily reports
  • Enforce site-specific safety plans and promote a culture of safety across all trades
  • Resolve field issues proactively and support a solutions-oriented jobsite environment

Profile

A successful Project Superintendent - DSA Construction Candidate in Los Angeles

  • Bachelor degree in construction management or civil engineering.
  • 5+ years in proven DSA construction work
  • Experience in Building and Construction
  • Experience with DSA or Public works.
  • High attention to detail and organization skills
  • Someone looking for career advancement opportunities.

Job Offer
