Description
Key Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - DSA Construction
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout
- Ensure full compliance with DSA requirements, inspections, and documentation
- Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule, safety, and quality
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Owner, Architect, and DSA Inspectors
- Monitor job progress, manage site logistics, and maintain detailed daily reports
- Enforce site-specific safety plans and promote a culture of safety across all trades
- Resolve field issues proactively and support a solutions-oriented jobsite environment
Profile
A successful Project Superintendent - DSA Construction Candidate in Los Angeles
- Bachelor degree in construction management or civil engineering.
- 5+ years in proven DSA construction work
- Experience in Building and Construction
- Experience with DSA or Public works.
- High attention to detail and organization skills
