Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Project Scheduler, your main duties will include:

1. Developing comprehensive project schedules, including all planning and execution details.
2. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to understand and address their needs.
3. Analyzing project specifications and contracts to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
4. Identifying and managing potential risks and devising contingency plans.
5. Updating and adjusting schedules according to project progress, changes in work scope, and unforeseen delays.
6. Providing regular reports on project status, including completion percentages, time extensions, and any potential schedule setbacks.
7. Monitoring and controlling project milestones and critical paths for projects.
8. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Project Scheduler, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in the construction industry.
3. Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
4. Strong understanding of construction operations and processes.
5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
