Project Quotation Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a Project Quotation Specialist to play a key role in analyzing customer requirements, selecting appropriate products, and preparing detailed pricing quotes. This position involves close collaboration with customers and the sales team to deliver quotes that meet project specifications, timelines, and budgets. You will manage large-scale, high-value projects-sometimes exceeding $10 million-on an international level. This role offers excellent growth opportunities and allows you to refine both technical expertise and client-facing skills. Project Quotation Specialist Responsibilities
• Thoroughly review and analyze customer specifications to develop accurate and comprehensive quotations.
• Collaborate with global sales teams and customers to select products that meet technical and project requirements.
• Provide technical support to distributors and customers regarding product specifications and capabilities.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of quotations that meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Manage large, complex projects with significant technical and financial scope, including international assignments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
• Stay informed about industry standards, product advancements, and changing customer needs.
• Adapt to challenges, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Project Quotation Specialist Position Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in the valve industry, with expertise in valve automation and related components.
• 5+ years of experience with automation systems, including actuation systems, control accessories, and hazardous location ratings.
• Strong knowledge of ASME and API codes.
• Permanent work authorization in the USA.
• Proficiency in Valve Sizing Programs, Actuator Sizing Programs, MRP Systems, MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe.
• Specialized knowledge of automating knife gate, ball, and butterfly valves.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• High energy, adaptable, and proactive with the ability to express opinions and work collaboratively to resolve conflicts.
