Active DOD Secret Clearance required. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline from an accredited university and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in the performance of project management, contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, progress tracking, and planning related to HM&E systems aboard U.S. Navy Submarine programs and projects.
