Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Office & Project Coordinator to provide comprehensive support across product development, marketing, operations, and customer engagement activities for ALCT and Aegis, innovation entities under the Airsys Group. This position plays a vital role in facilitating cross-departmental coordination, executing marketing initiatives, supporting product documentation, and contributing to the technical development and commercialization of advanced cooling technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Documentation and Support
- Develop and maintain accurate product documentation, including data sheets, installation manuals, operating guides, and technical bulletins.
- Support improvements and changes to product design by managing associated documentation updates.
- Assist in preparing customer quotations, product configuration sheets, and documentation packages.
Technical and Product Development Support
- Assist in the design and development of new products and related documentation, based on market needs, project scope, and regulatory requirements (e.g., UL, CE, AHRI).
- Maintain and review technical website content, applying knowledge of mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and materials.
- Support customer-specific thermal applications, including specific designs and customization requirements.
- Review and prepare approval packages and manufacturing drawing sets for engineering and production teams.
- Coordinate activities to ensure smooth execution and transition of global product development projects between regions.
- Supervise logistics and supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery aligned with project schedules.
Marketing and Digital Management
- Maintain and update the ALCT and Aegis websites and manage their social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn,etc).
- Create and update marketing materials, product brochures, case studies, and digital content aligned with brand messaging.
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of trade show participation, including booth design, logistics coordination, and collateral preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical discipline.
- above 2 years of experience in technical marketing, or engineering support roles.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/thermal systems (heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe tools, and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in managing trade shows, creating technical documentation, and supporting product marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic work environment. Demonstrate strong ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of maintaining high efficiency with minimal supervision.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new knowledge and technologies, with a commitment to improving professional skills and overall competency

Preferred:
- Prior experience in HVAC, heat exchanger, or data center cooling industries.
- Familiarity with international certification standards (UL, CE, AHRI).
- Background in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Bilingual (English + Mandarin) is a plus.
