Job Description Jefferson Solutions Group is seeking Project Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This role is being proposed as part of a current proposal and is contingent upon award; it is not currently a funded or active position. This role will be fully remote . Responsibilities: Serves as the task order project manager between Jeffers on's project team members and leadership along with the liaison between Jefferson and the Government's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Supervises the project team. Coordinates and directs staff members with diverse technical skills and backgrounds to ensure delivery of a high-quality product on time and within outlined project specifications. Supports senior-level regulatory analysis and writing efforts. Reviews deliverables and work products from team members. Develops and briefs report s . Manages the project finances . Required Qualifications: Education: Advanced degree in social science, business, science, or similar field. Experience: 10 years of experience in social science, business administration, or science and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a management role, with a demonstrated ability to staff technical projects and manage staff members. Preferred Qualifications: USCIS (or DHS) regulatory experience and/or expertise in immigration law. Experience leading regulatory writing/analysis projects.
