Savvee Inc. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in federal project execution and organizational development to lead high-impact initiatives from planning through completion. Candidates will need to be located and willing to commute in and around the Washington, DC metro region. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of call order management, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining full compliance with federal policies and standards. Essential Functions - Overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion of call orders, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline - Developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies - Providing supervision of risk management and quality assurance while providing regular progress updates to stakeholders, including government representatives - Leading and coordinating internal teams and external contractors, resolving issues, mitigating risks, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards - Maintaining accurate project documentation, managing contract requirements, and fostering effective communication with all parties involved - Managing Workforce Requirements Analysis initiatives from start to finish - Working closely with the project team and government personnel to prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical project documents (e.g., organizational needs assessments, risk management plans, strategic planning, and cost-benefit analysis) - Collaborating with human resources, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to support org design initiatives tied to strategic priorities - Conducting organizational assessment activities and providing recommendations on structure, workload, roles, spans of control, and reporting lines - Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client - Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer service Required Education & Training - Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as business management and/or human resources Minimum Experience & Skills - Five or more years of experience in project management in workforce requirements or similar analytics - Ability to work independently - Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - U.S. citizenship is required
