District Project Manager (Part-Time) KeenLogic is seeking a highly organized and experienced District Project Manager to join our Congressional Staff Academy services team supporting the U.S. House of Representatives. This position is responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and management of training and professional development initiatives for House district staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in district office operations, staff training, project management, and communications. This is a mainly remote, part-time position, with travel required for regional and DC-based events. Work hours average 20-25 hours per week, with occasional weeks exceeding 25 hours based on business needs. The initial contract is for 12 months, with the potential for extension in additional 12-month increments based on performance and funding. Qualifications Must be eligible for government clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a U.S. Congressional District Office Prior experience serving as a District Director Proven experience developing and delivering in-person and virtual trainings, orientations, and workshops Skilled in creating educational resources, including one-pagers, operational guides, and presentations Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience gathering, tracking, and analyzing feedback and survey data Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and basic database management Comfortable working with virtual platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Ability to collaborate across teams and support large training initiatives Ability and willingness to travel periodically for required conferences and trainings Job Duties: Review, update, and develop materials for New District Staff Orientation Draft educational materials, including one-pagers, "How to" guides, and best practice documents Support and present at district orientation classes (both in-person and virtual) Assist in developing a District Staff Learning Track and operational "Best Practices" portfolio Coordinate logistics and content creation for conferences, workshops, and training events Maintain district staff databases and track survey feedback Support Customer Experience initiatives by identifying district needs and pain points Create and maintain a resource library, including photo, podcast, and video materials Assist in the development of a two-year training plan for district staff Collaborate closely with District Coaches, Staff Academy leadership, and other stakeholders Travel Requirements: Support 2 Regional District Conferences (locations TBD) Support 2 DC-based District Conferences Support approximately 5 DC visits for training events or special programming
