Project Manager with Security Clearance

The ISB Senior Project Manager (USMCmax) is responsible for supporting, managing, and executing technical and non-technical projects specific to the user community and the IBM Maximo systems hosted by ISB.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging industry standards, best practices, and methodologies for Project Management.

• Manage projects specific to the user community and the IBM Maximo systems hosted by ISB.

• Provide reporting for projects over which this position has been designated responsible.

• Establish and improve upon existing processes and standards for ISB Project Management.

• Mentor team members to ensure skills transfer for systems under this position's oversight.

• Support Junior and Mid-level team members to ensure projects are managed effectively and successfully.

• Define and document customer needs and requirements and develop and establish system

• specifications.

• Establish Business Case Analysis (BCA) standards and templates, as well as perform BCAs to evaluate ISB capability to support customer systems and requirements.

• Manage other non-Maximo system projects as needed. Minimum Required Experience:
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

• 7+ Years' Experience managing both technical and non-technical projects specific to IBM Maximo related systems and solutions. Certification Requirement:
• CompTIA Security+ (CE) Security Clearance Requirement:
• NACLC Background Check Required
