Project Manager with Security Clearance

The Contractor shall perform overall management of the specific technical (often software-development focused) projects and ensuring that the solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner, that risks or opportunities are identified early, and that issues are tackled efficiently. The Contractor shall work with all levels of management, Sponsor's divisions and branches, facilities, and service providers to define and accurately and proactively capture requirements. The Contractor shall develop schedules and plans incorporating risk and opportunity management. The Contractor shall develop security related documentation. The Contractor shall manage projects from initiation to completion. The Contractor shall lead, monitor, and track IT projects using Sponsor's tools including but not limited to MS Project, Confluence, and JIRA. The Contractor shall create quad charts and presentations, capture meeting minutes, conduct control gates, brief project status, and keep senior management apprised of project status. Demonstrated Experience: The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience: Demonstrated experience gathering and developing business requirements and visualizing content would provide an enhanced understanding of the information. Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile methodologies to improve management of requirements and delivery of functions. Demonstrated experience managing and integrating across multiple high priority projects with competing priorities as well as common or overlapping needs. Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle for software and network projects using Project Management Principles (PMP), to include managing day-to-day activities, identifying dependencies and blockers, developing project timelines, presentations, deliverables, PMPs, and risk management plans. This includes briefing project schedule, status, quad charts, and deliverables at project control gates and to leadership. Demonstrated experience identifying allocated resources and anticipating over- and under- resources allocations. Demonstrated experience balancing project schedules. Demonstrated experience collaborating within project team and across organizations on critical tasks. Demonstrated experience de-conflicting project resources and other dependencies and elevating when appropriate. Demonstrated experience (high proficiency) in MS Project.
