Experience Required:

• 5+ years experience working in a collaborative, team environment with stakeholders, application developers and project managers.

• 5+ years experience with documenting business requirements and meeting minutes

• 5+ years experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions for business and system analysis

• 5+ years experience with leading teams to self-organization

• 5+ years experience working on development projects utilizing agile/iterative development techniques

• Experience with coordinating multiple simultaneous tasks

• Experience designing proof of concepts and screen mockups

• Experience developing and following test plans

• Knowledge of data privacy and protection initiatives

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

Skills Preferred :

• Experience operating as a Scrum Master

• Experiencing working with Highway Safety Motor Vehicles

• Take charge, can-do attitude

• Facilitation skills
