Description

  • Oversee the development and execution of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project delivery.
  • Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes, conducting regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

Project Manager - Ground Up Construction

  • 6+ yrs of Construction Experience
  • Experience running multiple ground up or wood fram projects
  • Efficient in Procore & MS Office
  • Strong communication skills & ability to adapt
  • Ability to be client facing
