Description
- Defining project scope and objectives
- Delegating tasks and assigning responsibilities
- Monitoring team performance and addressing issues
- Tracking project expenditures against budget
- Identifying cost variances and implementing corrective actions
- Managing change orders and contract modifications
- Forecasting project financials and reporting to stakeholders
- Communicating risk updates to stakeholders
- Maintaining open communication with clients throughout the project
- Addressing client concerns and managing expectations
- Ensuring client satisfaction with project deliverables
Profile
- 3+ year's experience in large scale construction
- Must have expereince working on large commercial projects
- Well established tenure working for notable general contractors
- Complete understanding of the construction process
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to take on multiple responsibilities and complete a variety of tasks to complete projects on time
