We're seeking a forward-thinking Project Manager to oversee high-impact survey analytics initiatives. You won't just manage timelines, you'll lead teams, modernize analytical workflows, and turn complex data into actionable insight. If you're skilled in tools like R, Python, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI, and enjoy translating data into meaningful outcomes, we want to hear from you. This role is 100% on-site in Chantilly, VA, supporting a secure, dynamic environment where your work will directly influence organizational decisions. In This Role, You'll:
• Lead and manage survey analytics projects from end to end
• Assign tasks, review deliverables, and mentor team members
• Oversee quantitative and qualitative survey analysis
• Develop executive-level briefings and visualizations
• Ensure high-quality, accurate reporting and insights
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and guide action planning You'll Succeed Here If You Have:
• 10+ years of experience in project management and data analytics
• A background in survey methods and statistical analysis
• Hands-on skills in R, Python, SPSS, and data viz tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset Bonus Points If You Have:
• A degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related behavioral science
