Goal of This Role

As a Project Manager, you'll orchestrate and guide our software engineering teams, including Core Autonomy, Robotics, and DevOps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of groundbreaking robotic solutions. Your primary mission is to optimize project execution, foster team collaboration, and streamline processes to achieve company objectives.

You will thrive by effectively coordinating across cross-functional teams, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks, and continuously enhancing processes. Leveraging your excellent communication and organizational skills, you'll help shape a productive, innovative, and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across the Core Autonomy, Robotics, and DevOps teams.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Manage timelines, scope, risks, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with team members, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Proactively identify project risks and impediments, developing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Continuously optimize and refine team processes and workflows.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Notion, Jira, Confluence, GitHub Projects, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, problem-solve creatively, and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Technical literacy sufficient to facilitate meaningful discussions with software engineers and robotics developers.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable but not required.
