75% multifamily site development
25% commercial (big box and warehouse)
Responsible for managing full project lifecycle-scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and client communication
Ideal Background:
5 years of project management experience in civil construction
Expertise in underground utilities, storm/sewer/water, and grading
Proven leadership managing field crews and subcontractors
