Job Role: Project Manager - PMO Team (BFSI experience preferred)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join as PMO (Project Management Office) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the bank's standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Manage technical projects from initiation to closure, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities.
- Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Identify project risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize the impact on project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and project team members.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage project change requests and scope changes, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's project management methodology and standards.
- Mentor and coach project team members to improve their project management skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in technical project management,
- preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
