Description
The Project Manager - Pentagon Projects - Leesburg or Arlington, VA will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring seamless execution
- Creating and overseeing budgets, schedules, and project scope
- Negotiating contracts and monitoring subcontractor performance
- Ensuring adherence to contract terms and government regulations
- Supervising both self-performed and subcontracted work
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address and resolve project challenges
- Offering leadership and guidance to support and develop the project team
Profile
The Project Manager - Pentagon Projects - Leesburg or Arlington, VA will have:
- 10 years of experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor (or 20+ years of field experience in place of a degree)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
- Strong background in managing both subcontracted and self-performed work
- Proven track record with IDIQ, Lump-Sum, Design/Build, and Fast Track contracts
- Must have experience with government contracts (WHS or USACE projects required)
- Proficient in Procore and Projnet software
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications required
- Current CQC certification (USACE/NAVFAC) is mandatory
- Professional credentials such as AC, CPC, or PE are a plus
- U.S. Citizenship required
