ABR Employment is hiring a Project Manager for our client in Middleton, WI.

Our client is looking for a skilled professional to manage ground-up builds, remodels, and resets, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with the highest quality.
Location: Middleton, WI
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire, Onsite. (Hybrid Friendly)
Salary: $62,000 - $124,000 (based on experience)
Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm - Monday to Friday - Flexible based on project needs.

• Summer Hours. What You'll Do:
• Oversee and manage construction and installation projects, ensuring all aspects align with scope, schedule, and budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Develop project timelines and track key milestones to keep everything on schedule
• Conduct on-site visits to coordinate installations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Manage project budgets, proposals, and documentation, keeping clients informed of any changes
• Lead and facilitate communication between all stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment, shutting down negativity that could impact client relationships What We're Looking For:
• Experience: 3+ years of project management in construction, engineering, or related fields
• Strong Communication: Ability to navigate challenging conversations while maintaining professionalism
• Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination: Experience working with installers, contractors, and suppliers
• Project Scheduling & Organization: Skilled in timelines, budget tracking, and milestone management
• Software Proficiency: MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project management tools (Trimble SketchUp, SolidWorks is a plus)
• Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to guide projects while fostering a positive, solutions-focused work environment
