Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an Project Manager Non Tech for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be a year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: The purpose of this team is to support the planning organization. They handle capacity planning, demand planning, and various aspects of supply chain planning for. This includes collaborating with sourcing, logistics, and spares to ensure effective planning and addressing any related challenges.The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of following,
  • 50% updating the planning tool
  • 30% collaborating with partners
  • 20% in meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 5-7 years experience required.
• Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, PMI or PMP certification preferred, but not required.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain demonstrated SAP IBP Experience and Power BI development experience.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, holding themselves accountable and willingness to raise their hand if they need help.
• Minimum 5 years experience with SAP IBP
• Minimum 5 years experience with Power BI and Excel reporting
• Minimum 5 years experien within Power point

Preferred:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
