Key Position Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and execute multiple NPD projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, budgets, and objectives.
  • Implement and adhere to the New Product Development (NPD) process across all project teams, driving consistency and efficiency.
  • Track and report project progress using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, dashboards, and through regular status meetings.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing real-time solutions in collaboration with team members.
  • Escalate critical issues and work with functional leads to ensure timely resolution.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, fostering transparency and continuity.
  • Conduct project closeout meetings to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
  • Schedule and facilitate key project meetings, including weekly and larger scale functional meetings
  • Analyze project performance trends and recommend actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Identify process deficiencies, develop and implement improvements for the overall product development process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, and/or leading cross-functional teams in product design, engineering, and business strategy.
  • Proven track record in managing both software and hardware product development
  • Experience in consumer goods or water filtration systems is a plus.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master); Agile and Waterfall methodology experience is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Jira, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Target Salary: $70,000- $95,000
