Key Position Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and execute multiple NPD projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, budgets, and objectives.
- Implement and adhere to the New Product Development (NPD) process across all project teams, driving consistency and efficiency.
- Track and report project progress using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, dashboards, and through regular status meetings.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing real-time solutions in collaboration with team members.
- Escalate critical issues and work with functional leads to ensure timely resolution.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, fostering transparency and continuity.
- Conduct project closeout meetings to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
- Schedule and facilitate key project meetings, including weekly and larger scale functional meetings
- Analyze project performance trends and recommend actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Identify process deficiencies, develop and implement improvements for the overall product development process.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, and/or leading cross-functional teams in product design, engineering, and business strategy.
- Proven track record in managing both software and hardware product development
- Experience in consumer goods or water filtration systems is a plus.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master); Agile and Waterfall methodology experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Jira, and Microsoft Teams.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Target Salary: $70,000- $95,000
