Job DetailsWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager licensed architect, education experience is preferred but not required
We are offering a straight path to ownership for someone in this role, over market salaries and sign on bonus
Min. Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect
- Familiar with Revit
Job Description:
- Primarily K-12 project management
- Effectively coordinates project efforts
- Serves as primary client liaison
- Prepares strategic plans
- Estimates scope of work and cost estimates for new projects
- Leads master planning efforts
- Prepares projections and billings
- Successful management of multiple teams on multiple projects
- Coordination of project teams
- Setting and adhering to schedules
- Managing budget to a 15%+ net profit
- Continual client interaction
- Collaborate with Managing Principal for business development opportunities
