The Role - Senior Project Manager / Lead
My client are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Lead for their project in Marsden.
You will be a well-rounded individual with a hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Oversee and manage the project from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure technical proficiency and compliance with industry standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Maintain commercial awareness and ensure site activities align with financial goals
Required Skills:
- In-depth industry-specific knowledge of facade / cladding is essential.
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in risk management
- Advanced programming and monitoring skills using Microsoft Project
