What You'll Do:Lead and manage complex land development projects from concept through completion
Collaborate with land development and redevelopment clients to develop innovative site solutions
Direct and mentor a team of civil engineers and designers
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the highest standards
Drive sustainable and efficient design practices that support community development
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 8 years of civil engineering experience with a focus in land development
Professional Engineering (PE) license in Michigan
Proven ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships
Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
