We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience leading K-12 construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and growing general contractor with a strong pipeline of public sector projects across South Florida.

Description


  • Oversee the full project lifecycle of K-12 construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and school district officials to ensure compliance and project specifications

  • Manage on-site construction teams and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and timeline standards

  • Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Maintain detailed project documentation and regularly report on progress to internal and external stakeholders

  • Lead project meetings, drive accountability, and proactively resolve project issues

  • Ensure all work complies with state, county, and school board regulations


Profile


  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically with K-12 or public education facilities

  • Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and experience working with local school districts

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively lead a field team

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar
