Job Summary Our client in the electrical manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee production projects from inception through customer final acceptance. This role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and evaluate project and team performance.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution -
Manage multiple projects from pre-booking through final customer acceptance

Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery

Allocate resources based on project needs and initial commitments

Maintain responsibility for all project details and ensure scope and cost objectives are met
Customer & Stakeholder Communication -
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and customer

Conduct internal and customer-facing kickoff meetings
-
Communicate project specifications and team obligations clearly
-
Provide ongoing updates and ensure customer expectations are managed and met
Team & Vendor Management -
Coordinate activities across internal departments
-
Manage scope and deliverables from vendors and subcontractors
-
Authorize project shipments and payments to suppliers
-
Ensure completion of all project closeout activities
Documentation & Reporting -
Follow internal document management processes to meet contractual and legal requirements

Validate terms, conditions, and financial viability of each project
-
Prepare or oversee contractual invoicing and ensure timely payments
-
Report project status at production and planning meetings
Minimum Qualifications -
3 years of experience in an electrical industry role

3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks

Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs or more
