Salary: 70,000 to 80,000 + 5,400 car allowance + 5% bonus + package

Project Manager - The Company:
Our client is a leading residential main contractor with an established reputation across multiple regions. Projects within the residential housing sector on a mixc of social and open market units - typicaly between 70-130 units but can be up to 500+. This role has the opportunity to step up to Contracts Manager in the future with strong progression.
Project Manager - The Role:
A fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to initially lead a large residential project of 250 homes (as part of a larger development) with the future opportunit to step up to Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for leading 3 site managers, and have ultimate responsability for the day to day design and build of project reporting to a roaming Contracts Manager. The role will be responsible for day to day delivery of site operations and programming - and through Site Managers with be ensuring quality checks and effectibe subcontractor management and H&S. The project will be a large scale residential project consisiting of a variety of houses, in timber and traditional frame - circa 250 unitds remaining over a 2 year priod.
Project Manager - The Person
- You will have solid experience with a residential main contractor or residential developer
- Experince managing Site Managers is essential
- Well educated - eithe Degree or HND level ideally
- Commutible to Tidworth daily, and within the South West fore future work.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering residential (houses) projects within budget and programme
- Ambitious and driven is essential - keen to progress
- Expewrience in development programmes
- You must have experience delivering at least 200 units at one time in a fast paced environment
- Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things
- High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
