- Serve as a primary point of contact in a client-facing role, fostering strong, long-term relationships through clear communication and reliable support
- Coordinate product delivery and implementation, ensuring seamless alignment between client needs and internal resources
- Lead projects from inception to completion, managing all phases of execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations
- Monitor and manage project timelines, proactively addressing potential delays to ensure critical deadlines are consistently met
- Apply a process-driven approach to daily responsibilities, continuously optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in Excel
- 2+ years of experience
