TRG is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead the TRG Curriculum Design and Development Team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transition Assistance Program (TAP) with curriculum development, training, and project oversight. This position is currently hybrid with work being performed in Washington, DC, McLean, Virginia, or remotely. Core hours are between 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday. This position is expected to begin November 18, 2025 and is Contingent upon Contract Award and Favorable Adjudication from the VA Personnel Security and Adjudication Center (PSAC). Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, development, and revision of TAP curriculum. Manage curriculum projects across multiple delivery modalities, including face-to-face, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), web-based training, and blended learning formats. Oversee the creation of training materials such as lesson plans, instructor and participant guides, activity handbooks, slide presentations, and performance support tools. Coordinate closely with the VA Project Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment of training materials with program objectives and regulatory standards. Direct the development and validation of instructional content through needs assessments, formative/summative evaluations, and pilot testing. Ensure all deliverables meet VA 508 compliance standards and other federal accessibility and instructional quality requirements. Lead the development of specialized training including VA Benefits and Services, Women's Health Transition Training, Military Life Cycle modules, New Hire Training, and Refresher Training. Provide leadership and oversight to curriculum development staff, ensuring timely and high-quality submission of all curriculum products/deliverables.
