We are currently seeking a Permanent Project Manager to join our Sales team. Responsibilities:
The Permanent Project Manager will be in charge of a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

1. Leading and managing a sales team to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
2. Overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of sales projects.
3. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong market presence.
4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
5. Providing coaching and performance feedback to all team members.
6. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements as needed.
7. Ensuring the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
8. Collaborating with other departments to align company goals and strategies.
9. Managing and resolving complex issues that might hinder the team's performance.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the sales industry.
2. Proven track record of managing effective sales teams and achieving sales targets.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
4. Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and clients.
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
