Position Overview: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage project teams and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead project planning sessions, including defining scope, setting timelines, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing industrial, retail, office, medical, institutional, or interior construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, means, and methods.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
