Freelance Project Manager Refurbishment (Education Sector)
Location: Stowe
Rate: £300 £500/day (CIS)
Start: ASAP until September
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a live £2m refurbishment of a three-storey boarding facility for a private education client.
Key Responsibilities:

Full project oversight, program input, and reporting

Manage approximately 20 subcontractors

Read drawings and handle small-scale procurement

Client-facing represent the contractor professionally on site
Requirements:

SMSTS, First Aid, full UK driver s licence

Proven experience delivering £2m+ projects

Background in education projects preferred
-
Trade background a bonus

Working hours: 7:00am 4:00pm (2 x 30 min breaks)
