POSITION SUMMARY

This individual must be adept at managing shifting priorities, mitigating risks, and driving data-driven decisions to keep projects on track. Responsibilities include timely reporting, identifying roadblocks, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements to enhance project delivery. A successful Project Manager must have strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across all internal and external teams while maintaining a strategic, solution-oriented mindset.

OBJECTIVES
  • Work closely with the Technology and Business Operations team to strategically model key data domains to move from source systems to the data warehouse
  • Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment
  • Translates business objectives into clear, actionable tasks for engineers.
  • Identifies inefficiencies and implements process improvements to streamline development.
  • Supports teams in adopting new technologies, tools, and workflows.
  • Develop a detailed project plan outlining goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Provide regular updates, address concerns, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and change requests.
  • Conduct evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and gather stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare closure reports and conduct post-project reviews to document successes and areas for improvement.
  • Lead projects with effective communication and facilitation skills, engaging team members during meetings.
COMPETENCIES
  • Experience with Master Data Management and the ability to align data governance and strategy with business and operational needs
  • Experience with PowerPages, Microsoft workflows, Microsoft Forms, or other similar platforms
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical engineers by translating business needs into technical requirements and facilitating cross-functional communication
  • Understands core technical concepts and system architectures to facilitate discussions with engineers.
  • Allocate resources effectively, track progress, and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Adapt plans, reallocate resources, and make decisions in response to changing circumstances to keep projects on track.
  • Experience working with Github, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or other similar platforms
  • Ability to Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Proficient with proper documentation of project decisions, approvals, and communications
  • Clearly articulate project goals, expectations, and requirements to team members and stakeholders.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Project Management software experience preferred
  • Experience supporting Tech related projects/teams
  • Management experience preferred
