Crawford Group is seeking a Project Manager to join our embedded marketing team supporting our enterprise data storage client's PMO. This role will manage timelines, track deliverables, and facilitate day-to-day operations across multiple marketing workstreams.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, events, and go-to-market programs. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to maintain momentum on projects that directly impact client growth.

Responsibilities: - Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs - including timelines, deliverables, and status updates
- Partner with cross-functional teams (brand, content, digital, regional, and product marketing) to keep projects on track
- Maintain project trackers and dashboards to ensure visibility into progress, blockers, and milestones
- Assist in facilitating project meetings, standups, and retrospectives
- Operational Support
- Help document and standardize PMO processes, templates, and tools
- Support project intake, prioritization, and resource planning efforts
- Track action items, risks, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives
- Work closely with Marketing Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align project execution with business goals
- Communicate clearly and consistently with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement
- Contribute to continuous improvement by bringing ideas to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency
Qualifications: - 4-5 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact marketing environment
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive - willing to jump in and learn
- Experience with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Google Docs, or similar project management software
- Interest in marketing, technology, and operations
- Ability to learn and grow in project management best practices, marketing operations, and cross-team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Location: Can work remotely from within the U.S. Pacific or Mountain time zones.
Duration: 3 month contract (Potential for extension)
Rate: $45-$50/hour, W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location).
