Job Title Project Manager
Responsibilities - Lead complex enterprise initiatives encompassing multiple business functions, products, and portfolios.
- Coordinate work across multiple agile development teams, ensuring successful program execution through effective program management.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams to optimize workflows, track and manage dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve risks and impediments.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings for alignment, including planning, kickoff, retrospectives, and readouts.
- Create the project and program roadmap and develop detailed plans to identify release milestones and risks.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders on project progress and delivery timelines utilizing project management tools
- Track project budget to ensure that financial resources are utilized effectively and to identify any potential overruns.
- Evaluate project outcomes and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of completed initiatives and inform future projects.
- Participate in client-facing meetings and lead project planning sessions to develop implementation strategy.
Requirements - BA or BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with experience in managing Agile projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Agile tools like ADO, Jira, Rally, VersionOne etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and other Office tools
- Ability to analyze data using SQL, Excel macros, and BI tools.
- Licenses and certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels, including the executive level.
