Project Manager $90,000 to $100,000 Yearly The Operations Manager will manage daily operations on site at the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in Roswell, NM. ILEA hosts participants from other nations to attend symposiums and collaborate on various topics within law enforcement Oversee daily operations of staff and ensure that staff duties are on track with symposium schedule Meet with staff and provide motivation, training, and re-direction, when necessary Assist Program Manager with oversight of contract vendors and integration of all project tasks and deliverables Assist ILEA Director with planning and coordination of various program logistics, including transportation schedules Work closely with Program Manager and finance to ensure that goods and services are purchased for the program Inform Program Manager of both positive events and any concerning issues in a timely manner Prepare weekly schedules for staff opening and closing of the facility Attend meetings and provide reports and metrics to management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and/or combination of education and experience in related field 5+ years supervisory experience Background in military or law enforcement Experience working with diverse stakeholders including those from varying cultural backgrounds Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience preparing reports, correspondence, and project timetables Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within government contracting and/or knowledge of government programs, processes and procedures Experience with procurement process of goods and services and understanding of the regulations Afognak Native Corporation, Afognak Commercial Group, LLC, and their subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers.
