The Property Technician/Manager is responsible for the effective management and oversight of DIA property. This role involves ensuring the integrity and completeness of DIA Furnished Property, maintaining accurate property accountability records, and conducting physical inventories. The Property Technician/Manager will generate reports on purchasing and inventory movement, develop asset management policies and procedures, and administer contract requirements related to DIA property. This role requires a strong understanding of property management systems and contract administration. Job Requirements Masters degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in property management, particularly with DIA property or similar assets. Strong understanding of property management systems, DIA property regulations, and contract administration. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with contractors, employees, and regulatory agencies. Experience in developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures. Proficiency in generating and interpreting financial and inventory reports.
