Project Management & Execution:

• Lead and manage datacenter hardware lifecycle projects, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met.

• Oversee and track the decommissioning of legacy hardware, including hardware reconciliation, removal, and disposal in compliance with e-waste policies.

• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to manage e-waste logistics and ensure certifications of destruction are obtained.

• Manage the tracking of e-waste tickets and related project tasks using Jira and ServiceNow.

• Ensure accurate documentation of hardware disposition, including asset management updates and reconciliation reports.
Communication & Collaboration:

• Provide regular status updates to eadership on project progress, risks, and challenges.

• Schedule and lead weekly project meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.

• Ensure clear communication of timelines, expectations, and deliverables with all stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and change management records.

• Track and report on project KPIs, ensuring all project objectives are met and documented.

• Ensure all deliverables are reviewed and approved by in accordance with established acceptance criteria.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in datacenter operations, IT infrastructure, or hardware lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with e-waste management processes and hardware decommissioning best practices.

• Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools for project tracking.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in datacenter environments or IT infrastructure projects.

• Familiarity with asset management tools (e.g., DcTrack).

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
